PHIL TRIPOLI

PHIL TRIPOLI | OWNER
Phil has a weakness for ambitious ideas, impossible logistics and people who are unnecessarily good at what they do. He's spent the better part of two decades finding all three.
Over the course of his career, Phil has developed and produced broadcast campaigns, documentaries, branded entertainment, original formats and premium content for organizations, brands, legacy institutions and private clients. His work has included collaborations with industry-leading broadcasters, studios and creative teams, earning a reputation for bringing clarity to complex ideas and delivering work that's as thoughtful as it is beautifully executed.
He's always been fascinated by people who dedicate themselves to a craft. The rancher who knows every horse by name. The cinematographer chasing the last five minutes of light. The engineer redesigning a part no one will ever see. The chef who refuses to compromise. They're all chasing the same thing: excellence.
Phil approaches every project the same way. Start with the idea. Build the right team. Execute with intention. Whether the answer is a feature documentary, a national campaign, a fast-turn social reel or a custom AI workflow that gives storytellers more time to focus on the creative, the process doesn't change.
He likes stories that matter, clients who care and collaborators who obsess over the details. Everything else is just logistics.
Rachel WASSERMAN | HEAD OF PRODUCTION
Rachel doesn't like hearing "no." She prefers, "Let me make a few calls."
Over the last two decades, Rachel has built a career around knowing where to find the right answers. Not because she has every solution herself, but because she's spent years building the relationships, trust and industry knowledge to know exactly where to look.
Her career has taken her from E! Entertainment to Netflix and Boardwalk Pictures, overseeing productions ranging from Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Total Divas, Rich Kids of Beverly Hills, Eric & Jessie: Game On and What Would Ryan Lochte Do? to premium documentaries and large-scale streaming productions. Along the way, she developed something far more valuable than a résumé - a trusted network of production executives, department heads, accountants, vendors, talent representatives and specialists who know that when Rachel calls, it's because something important needs to get done.
Need a production accountant who specializes in tax incentives? A production partner on the other side of the world? Access to highly specialized crew? A path through layers of red tape? Rachel knows where to start, who to call and how to keep the momentum moving.
At Rocket Outpost, Rachel leads the business side of the creative process, translating ambitious ideas into executable plans by connecting the right people, resources and infrastructure behind every production.
While others focus on what's in front of the camera, Rachel is making sure everything behind it is exactly where it needs to be.
LARISSA MATSSON | EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Larissa knows a story when she sees one. More importantly, she knows when she doesn't.
A two-time Emmy-nominated Executive Producer and Showrunner, Larissa has spent more than fifteen years developing, producing and shaping unscripted television, branded entertainment, sports and live programming for many of the industry's leading networks and streaming platforms.
After studying film in Sweden, she began her career as a script supervisor before discovering what would become her specialty: finding authentic stories and building productions around them. From the earliest stages of development through production and post, Larissa has a rare ability to balance creative vision, editorial integrity and the practical realities of making television.
She's worked with celebrities, athletes, founders, families and communities from every walk of life, earning trust quickly and understanding that the strongest stories are rarely the loudest ones. Whether she's leading a development team, working beside a director in the field or helping a brand find its place within a narrative, her focus never changes: protect what's emotionally true while making sure the audience stays with you.
Her work has been seen on Netflix, Peacock, Hulu, Amazon, Paramount+, NBC, ABC, E!, HGTV, OWN, VH1, CMT, Hallmark, INSP and YouTube.
Today, Larissa brings that same editorial discipline and storytelling instinct to Rocket Outpost, helping clients transform ideas into stories people genuinely want to watch.
MADISON MURPHY | HEAD OF POST PRODUCTION
Madison believes the difference between good and unforgettable is found in the details.
Her background spans documentaries, branded entertainment, television and digital campaigns, with experience leading post production at Westbrook and Boardwalk Pictures. Her work includes Best Shape of My Life, Ball in the Family, People of the West and the Clio Gold-winning Black Panther: Wakanda Forever - Power in Partnership campaign, along with projects for United Airlines, Logitech, Clarks, Bevel, Tiësto and Tencent.
At Rocket Outpost, Madison oversees everything that happens after filming is complete. She brings together editors, motion designers, composers, sound mixers and color artists to ensure every project feels polished, cohesive and ready for its audience. From the first edit to the final delivery, she's focused on one thing: making sure the finished piece lives up to the original idea.
Because details aren't just details. They're the work.
